The Grand Heritage
The Grand Heritage is the complete Maya estate ? all 2.9 acres placed at your disposal. Built in 1901 by an ancient Syrian Christian family, every inch of the property carries the weight and warmth of a living heirloom. For weddings, the nalukettu courtyard becomes a ceremonial space unlike any hotel ballroom. The estate lawn accommodates over 200 guests beneath a canopy of 70-year-old trees while the Meenachil River provides a backdrop no decorator can replicate.

The Courtyard Villa
The Courtyard Villa offers an intimate version of the Maya experience ? the same 100-year-old heritage home, the same teak canopy and river sounds, but scaled for smaller celebrations and family retreats. The traditional nalukettu courtyard becomes a private dining space or a ritual stage. Ideal for anniversary getaways, small family reunions, and intimate gatherings of up to 50 guests.
